Who We Work With

The People Behind The Work

Lead Advisor
Advisory

Lead Advisor

Over 10 years working with startups and small-to-medium businesses across the United States, helping them overcome challenges, accelerate growth, and secure funding. My background spans business consulting, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and management.

At a leading US consulting firm, I managed and delivered 500+ consulting engagements. That work has spanned SaaS, fintech, healthcare, real estate, food and beverage, logistics, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, construction, and professional services.

My focus is funding-ready business plans, financial models, investor pitch decks, and strategic documentation for businesses pursuing SBA loans, bank financing, investor fundraising, and E-1/E-2 visa applications.

Sales Director
Sales & Partnerships

Sales Director

Fourteen years of client advisory and sales leadership in one of the world's most competitive markets, advising individual, corporate, and international clients on high-value decisions. My approach starts with understanding each client's objectives, then guiding them toward decisions built on long-term value.

Alongside client advisory, I have spent years leading sales teams, recruiting professionals, and developing consultants entering a demanding market, combining sales leadership with talent acquisition and team development.

Across sales, business development, client relationships, and negotiation, I believe successful advisory is built on sound knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and relationships that continue long after the first deal.

Get Started

Start With A Readiness Conversation

Two ways in, depending on whether you already have something written.

Option 1Review What I Have

Already have a plan or deck? Tell us about it below and we will follow up by email so you can send it over, then tell you whether it holds up.

We look at:
  • Whether it is ready for the reviewer you are sending it to
  • Whether the financials stand up to questioning
  • Whether it matches your actual objective

Once you submit, we reply to your email so you can send the document securely. It is used only to assess it and never shared.

Option 2Start From Scratch

Not sure where to begin? Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we will point you at the realistic next step, even if that is not hiring us.

What do you need?

What to expect

  • A direct conversation with someone who works on this, not a sales call
  • Honest feedback, including when you do not need us yet
  • Clear scope, pricing, and timelines confirmed before anything begins

Let's talk about your business and what you need.

Schedule a Consultation

A template gives you section headings. What gets a plan approved is the reasoning inside: research specific to your market, projections built from assumptions you can defend, and a structure aimed at the reviewer who will read it. That cannot be templated.

No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. Approval depends on your business, your finances, and the decision-maker. What we control is whether the document gives you the strongest honest case, with nothing that invites an easy rejection.

It depends on complexity and how quickly we get information from you. Timelines are confirmed during your consultation, once we know the scope, rather than quoted upfront as a number that may not hold.

We prepare business plans and financials for clients pursuing SBA financing, and we introduce clients to a network of SBA lenders and brokers who handle the lending side. We are not underwriters and will not tell you what a credit committee will decide.

We write the business plan component and work alongside your immigration attorney. We do not provide legal advice or file on your behalf. If you do not have an attorney yet, get one first.

Pricing depends on the type of document, the depth of research and financial modelling needed, and whether it is a new build or a review of something you already have. You get a fixed scope and price before any work starts.

Often, yes. Send us what you submitted along with any feedback you were given. We will tell you what we think went wrong and whether rebuilding it is worth doing.

Yes, through our managed services side, covering marketing, customer support, and sales development as ongoing functions we run for you. Read about it on the managed services page.

Let's Talk About What You Are Building

The difference between approval and rejection is usually preparation, not ambition.

Before anything goes to a lender, an investor, or a filing, it should be able to withstand a critical read. That is the work.
